Marcie’s professional journey began at Ernst & Young, LLP, where she quickly made her mark in the Audit/Tax Practice in Seattle, focusing on sales pursuits. Her career trajectory took a significant turn when she moved to Dallas, Texas to contribute to the establishment of a new worldwide outsourcing division at E & Y.
In 2000, Marcie joined Another Source, driven by the ambition to lead the company through a pivotal phase of growth as its founder, Jan Scott, transitioned into retirement. Leveraging the discipline and passion from her days as a competitive tennis player, Marcie not only expanded the company’s reach down the West Coast but also strategically steered it towards the higher education sector in 2009.
As the CEO since 2006, Marcie has been a cornerstone in supporting the higher education community. Heidi’s career journey began over two decades ago when she followed a calling to move across the country and serve with City Year – Seattle, a branch of AmeriCorps. That experience sparked a passion for service and led her to the Outdoors for All Foundation; a small nonprofit committed to making outdoor recreation accessible for children and adults with disabilities.
From there, she transitioned into talent acquisition, starting as a Recruiting Coordinator at McKinstry. With the guidance of a trusted mentor (the original founder of Another Source!!), she moved into Talent Acquisition Partner, managing recruitment for several business units focused on the built environment. When family ties brought her back East, she joined Liberty Property Trust, where she spent nearly nine years leading talent acquisition and HR business partner functions for the $8B real estate firm.
Following Liberty’s acquisition, Heidi became VP of Talent Acquisition at Brixmor Property Group, another publicly traded REIT, where she successfully hired more than 250 professionals in just over two years. With the support of an incredible network, she founded Acquaint Recruiting Services, where she continues to connect exceptional talent with outstanding employers in the commercial real estate space. At Another Source, she serves as a Recruitment Consultant, leveraging her abilities to make exceptional professional matches!
Heidi holds a Cum Laude degree in Public Policy from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Outside of work, she lives in Malvern, PA with her husband and two children. Her favorite pastimes include enthusiastically cheering from the sidelines of her kids’ sports games, staying active, and unwinding with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc under the twinkle of their patio lights.

Meredith has over 20 years experience in the staffing industry. Most recently she owned and managed staffing firm focused on the placement of Scientific professionals. Previously, she was responsible for opening and managing the Life Sciences practice for a start-up staffing firm. She grew that into the company’s most profitable division in less than one year and was their top performer for 4 out of the 5 years she was with them. Prior to that she founded and managed a Scientific branch for a $1 billion staffing firm, and developed that branch into the company’s most successful scientific branch for 9 of the 10 years that she was with the company. She made the company’s list of top performers every year, earning rookie of the year her first year, and achieving Platinum performance (their top honor) for the other 8.
She has a BS degree in Zoology from the University of California, Davis and over 4 year’s hands-on lab experience in the Biotechnology industry.
Her passion is helping connect talented professionals with companies who need and can appreciate their expertise!

Tim’s perspective is further shaped by having lived and worked abroad in South America for seven years.
