We are seeking a Sr. Engineer in our Seattle headquarters. This position will be responsible for successfully managing the complete sales support, design, preconstruction, and construction support process for an Energy Services Company (ESCO) design-build project, while balancing owner’s satisfaction with McKinstry gross margin. Complete responsibility for projects and managing the design team, including team member performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Candidates must have a P.E. license and a minimum of 10 years of direct experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Fire Protection, with a BSME. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project. Working knowledge of Revit 3D/BIM modeling preferred. Specialty in data centers, hospitals, central plants (steam, hot water, chilled water).
