As the HR Manager for our growing team you will have focus on the following:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategy to recruit for 8 offices located in Washington and Oregon.

Full cycle recruitment including marketing /advertising, interviewing, hiring and processing new hire paperwork.
Conduct background and reference checks.
Manage and monitor all HR field initiatives for effectiveness.
Design, implement and administer policies.
Advise managers and supervisors on employee relations issues.
Create and deliver professional reports, notifications and communications. Responsible for DOL audits and adherence to employment law.
Responsible for Compliance and Labor relations.
Lead development and deployment of key HR strategies across the organization.
Responsible for administering employee benefit plans including 401k, medical, dental, vision, pension and compensation.
Maintain profit sharing benefits and manages flexible benefits and compensation records and reports of Human Resources, but not limited to personnel files, employee confidential medical files, benefit files, confidential reference/background files and files of terminated employees.

Skills & Qualifications:

Requirements:
3 to 5 years of HR management experience at a manager/supervisor level.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related study preferred.
Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Able to take the initiative and create exceptional results.
Demonstrated ability and desire to function well in a fast-paced, changing interactive environment.
Must possess a high degree of integrity, professionalism and the ability to establish credibility across all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of federal, Washington, Idaho and Oregon state employment laws and regulations.
Must be able to effectively prioritize and organize work.
Demonstrate project management and coordination skills.
Able to shift easily between strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher)
Sales environment experience is a plus but not required.
PHR/SPHR preferred but not required.
